Restore Counseling & Recovery is committed to restoring balance in one’s life: emotionally, physically, intellectually and spiritually. In individual therapy, you will typically meet with a therapist every 7-10 days to explore issues such as problematic patterns of behavior, emotional distress, and relational conflict, to name a few.  After a comprehensive assessment, your clinician will work with you to individualize a treatment plan to effectively respond to your needs.   Typical therapeutic methods might include the following theoretical approaches: CBT, psychoeducational, solution-focused, DBT, EMDR, and others.
