Jennifer Mitchell

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist [LMFT]

There is a Japanese art form called Kintsugi - the joining together of broken pieces of pottery with a gold lacquer to restore the item.  The seams of repair are highlighted, which creates a new and often more beautiful object.  I think of mental health in a similar way - we may crack or break, but when we heal we are transformed into a new, beautiful person.  We don't go back to who we were, but we embrace the flaws and mend our wounds so that we are renewed.  I welcome the opportunity to help individuals, couples, and families on their healing journey.

Jennifer has been counseling individuals since 2004 and she is passionate about making a difference in each and every life she touches.
